Terms and Conditions:
- Event Passes: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds or cancellations will only be considered if the event is rescheduled or canceled by the organizers. For extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), you may submit a refund request in writing to [email protected] with the subject line: RESET 2025 Refund Request. Please note that refund approval is at the sole discretion of the organizers.
- Session Availability: Sessions are subject to change without prior notice. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure all scheduled sessions take place as planned.
- Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
- Photography and Recording: By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. To opt out, please notify the organizers in writing at [email protected] with the subject line: RESET 2025 Non-Consent for Photography/Videography.
- Privacy: Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Liability: The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
- Ticket Transferability: Tickets are transferable; however, the new attendee’s details must be updated in advance of the event. Please submit a written request to [email protected] with the subject line: RESET 2025 Ticket Name Change Request.
