• Navigating the International Job Application Process -Step-by-step guidance on applying for jobs abroad, including CV preparation, cover letters, and interview techniques, required soft-skills development.
• Presentation and panel discussions with Sri Lankan expatriates living and worked in Middle-East, Korea and Japan and officials about how to find foreign jobs, application process, demanding job sectors, what to do and what not do it in these countries, insight of living standards and living costs, salary levels, and practical tips on adapting to different work/social cultures, managing expectations, and thriving in a new environment, visa requirements.
